Summer Carnival and BBQ with Dell

On Thursday the 29th of June we hosted a Summer Carnival and BBQ for our client Dell at The Radisson St Helens Hotel in Stillorgan. The group of 80 employees spent a lovely Summers evening playing carnival style games, enjoying delicious BBQ food and chilling out in our chill out zone. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side that evening but we didn’t let that dampen our spirits! We had a stretch tent full of colourful bean bags and seating. Foosball, table tennis and giant games such as Connect 4, giant draughts and jumbo jingo were set up under the tent. Our live musician Liam played some great tunes for the evening which added to the chilled out vibe of the event.

Dell chose a range of Carnival and arcade games to keep everyone entertained including inflatable basketball and football penalty shootout, Dart a card and Smash a can, table tennis and foosball, giant Connect 4, giant draughts and jumbo jingo. The carnival games were thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests.

The Radisson put on a delicious BBQ  for all the guests and there was something there to suit everyone’s tastes from burgers, chicken, gourmet sausages to vegetarian options and salads. We also had a popcorn stand which everyone helped themselves to through out the evening.

The rain thankfully died down for the last hour of the carnival event and all our guests took part in an inflatable basketball competition which was great fun! Chips were bet on our two carnival stalls Dart a card and Smash a can. One of Dells employees Katherine was celebrating her birthday on the evening so we brought out a big birthday cake to celebrate. As you can image the cake went down a treat

We would like to thank the Radisson Hotel for their co-operation on the day, they really are a great team to work with. We would also like to thank Dell for being great sports on the day. They really got into carnival theme and enjoyed the chilled out event!
