The Cube Challenge – Essentra

For the last few years, we have organised Essentra’s team building events. I’ve got to say, they are always a very enthusiastic group and get stuck into any activities we have thrown at them! This year it was The Cube Challenge, on a Friday evening in the Harbourmaster bar.

The Cube Challenge is our adaptation of the much-loved tv show. Can you complete these tasks against your opponent? With a range of games that look easy to the eye but when you are in the spotlight they can become a lot more difficult! This team building event is a fun environment for your group to unwind and get their competitive juices flowing. Why not enjoy a few drinks and food while playing the games at your leisure.

Essentra did just that, once guests arrived they were able to enjoy a drink and some canapes before the event began. Our MC Dylan got to know the group before introducing what they were in for – it was top secret and only the organiser knew! Once the secret was out, the group jumped straight into the games. Our games marshalls were on hand to explain the rules or each game and to be the referee. It was decided the group would have tokens for every game, the winner would get a token from their opponent.

After an evening of playing the games, the winner ended up with 43 tokens – he was on fire! The event was a huge success and we have as much fun as the guests did!
