What will you gain from cultural team building activities?

Culture – the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively. Simply put, Irishy things! We have designed cultural team building activities around Irish history, Irish dancing and Irish music and instruments. The aim is to bring companies together while reminding and sometimes teaching them about their heritage, all in a fun environment!

Drum and Dance

Learn to play the Irish bodhran and Irish set dancing first hand as a part of this high energy team building activity.  Our professional Irish dancers will breakdown the steps while a musician will slowly demonstrate how to play the drum. We aren’t promising that you will be a dancing or bodhran expert by the end but you will be able to do basic steps and rhythms. The event will end with everyone coming together to perform a full set dance routine accompanied by a bodhran rhythm!

Interactive Ceili

Show off your childhood Irish dancing moves at our interactive ceili night! Musicians and dancers will teach the group different melodies and steps throughout the evening. We can even include some well-known sing-a-long songs to break the ice during the team building activity. Live performances from the band and dancers will give the group a feel of what they will end up like. Don’t worry if you aren’t the most gifted dancer, it is all in the name of fun and working together.

Irish Treasure Hunt

Follow the map of Dublin City Centre and answer the questions at each point. Each team will be given a map and a booklet of questions and sent off with the mission to answer as many questions as they can in the time frame. It is completely up to each group where they start and what route they take. Find the Molly Malone character to earn extra points, you may have to recite her famous song! The team with the most points at the end will be crowned the winner!
